THIS IS AN ALERT FOR ALL CHARLIE COMPANY 1/12th TROOPERS

Our second Charlie Company Reunion in 2009 was held at the Gold Coast Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas.  A meeting was held and we voted to have our 2010 reunion in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

The reunion will be held at the Hampton Inn Broadway at the Beach, beginning September 15^th through September 17^th, 2010.  Check out will be September 18^th.  Our banquet dinner will be held Friday evening, September 17^th at the Ripley Aquarium which is located next door to the hotel.  Activities will include (for the first time ever) a golf tournament for Charlie Company, 1^st/12^th.  We are also researching the ticket cost for a group to attend the Carolina Opry.  After we see the response, we will announce the fee for these events, as they are based on the number attending.  The golf and the Carolina Opry Show are optional.

COST OF THE ACTIVITIES:

1.       The banquet dinner will be $40 per guest

2.       The reception room and meeting quarters will be $20 per trooper (spouse and guest are free)

3.       Golf tournament fees will be individually paid at the golf course and will be based on the number of tee times

4.       Any donations to help defray the cost of the reunion would be appreciated
