5^th Annual 12^th Cavalry Regiment Reunion will be held at Branson Missouri at the Branson Stone Castle Hotel, 3050 Green Mountain Drive, Branson, Missouri, 65616 (formerly the Settle Inn)

September 8 – 12, 2010 - Open to all Troopers of the 1/12^th and 2/12^th Cavalry and their families from all units and all periods of service. The banquet is Saturday night, the 11^th.  The shows, sign-up sheets and schedule will be published on this website as soon as the arrangements are finalized.

We are changing the way we put on the reunion this coming year.  Our 12th Cavalry Reunion Committee will be contracting for the shows and the hotel.  We will have all the activities listed on the sign-up sheet and the menu will be pick and choose.  No one will be required to attend any or all of the activities.  Transportation to the shows will not be provided at this year's reunion.  Cherie Chitwood, Group Sales Manager at the Stone Castle Hotel (800-677-6906 or 417-335-4700) will make all the arrangements for the hotel.  The hotel rate is below $60 per night for the 2010 reunion.  When you call for reservations, mention the rate for the 12th Cavalry Association Reunion.  All the money from our attendees for the banquet and the shows will be handled by Doug Warden and Thomas Crabtree through a joint account that requires two signatures for withdrawal.  All checks for the reunion should be made out to the 12th Cavalry Association Reunion - 2010, c/o Doug Warden, 113 Lake Shore Drive, Shawnee, OK 74804-1030, not to an individual.
